Neil Fitcher

Neil Fitcher is the Vice President of Hollywood Construction, LLC.  Neil has more than 20 years experience within the construction development industry.  He has acquired the experience and knowledge for large multi-family student housing development.  Mr. Fitcher has specialized in implementing innovative strategies to accomplish growth expectations. He has been involved with projects that have challenged the status-quo in terms of design, delivery, and cost efficiency. After successfully completing the construction of the Bolton Park student housing project, Mr. Fitcher is currently managing the Gate of Powder Springs Townhome Project with a development budget of $15,000,000.

Bolton Park Apartments
Hollywood Construction was the General Contractor for Bolton Park Residential Housing Project. The Project was designed to be a gated development of nine buildings, total budget was $28,000,000. Ridge Apartments and Condominiums Project
This was $21,000,000 project built in Arkansas. Mr. Neil Fitcher was working as the Assistant Superintendent for this project taking the responsibilities for daily management of the project. For more information about this project, please click here

Chenal Woods Condominiums Project

Lake Hamilton Project
The Ridge at Lake Hamilton was a 75 unit project, with a development budget of $23,000,000, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Neil Fither was the turnkey general contractor for this project.  For more information about this project, please visit here. 

The Commons Townhome Project
The Commons project is a 346 unit townhome project that located in both Chattanooga, Tennessee and Nashville, Tennessee. The whole project was split by four owners. Each unit has a little over 2100 square feet with a selling price of $400,000. Neil Fither was the turnkey general contractor for 226 units of this project.
