Hollywood Construction is the general construction contractor for residential housing projects located in Atlanta, Georgia. It has completed the construction of several residential multifamily projects including the Bolton Park project located at 1888 Hollywood Road, Atlanta, GA 30318 under the supervision of Mr. Neil Fitcher, Vice President of Hollywood Construction. Mr. Fitcher has more than 25 years experience within the construction development industry. He has acquired the experience and knowledge for large multi-family student housing development. Mr. Fitcher has specialized in implementing innovative strategies to accomplish growth expectations. He has been involved with projects that have challenged the status-quo in terms of design, delivery, and cost efficiency. After successfully completing the construction of the Bolton Park student housing project, Mr. Fitcher is currently managing the Gate of Powder Springs townhome project. 

Before joining Hollywood Construction as the VP, Mr. Fitcher managed the DuroBuilt, a professional builder for residential construction projects, mostly multifamily housing, He has first-hand experience for performing as a detailed, dependable, and highly confident qualified Construction Developer/Manager with constructing projects ranging from $1,000,000 to more than $50,000,000.

Through Mr. Fitcher’s construction career, he has been personally managing the day to day operations of the project construction on most of the projects or as the general contractor he performed the turnkey construction on almost all the projects he was contracted for. Jeffrey Watkins is the Construction Superintendent at Hollywood Construction. As the Superintendent Jeffrey is results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 30 more years of expertise in all facets of the construction project management industry.

Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects through superior negotiation and account management skills. Coordinating with trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, vendors and clients. Well versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, document preparation, building code and regulations, material specification/ purchasing, site management through certifications of occupancy.

Jeffrey Watkins was the Construction Superintendent with Metro Builders of Atlanta, Atlanta for seven years.
• Coordinates employees, subcontractors, tracking homes, keeping them on schedule and budget
• Ensures quality control and customer satisfaction by working closely with customers, sales staff, design center, and subcontractors to guarantee work performed to meet expectations of customer
• Works with local city officials to obtain building inspections and Certificates of Occupancy
• Performs final walk through with the customers, and provides detailed information on warranty services
• Implements and enforces job safety procedures for employees and subcontractors
He was Construction Superintendent with Archer Western Construction, Atlanta for five years.
• Supervised and performed renovations on old construction, including implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Worked with federal grants from HUD to complete multifamily complexes to deadline specifications
• Supervised and performed completion of a 212-unit complex with a workforce of 150 people
• Planned and executed multiple lead-abatement projects for completion-certification of projects

He worked as Assistant Construction Superintendent with Northwest Express Road Builders, Marietta, GA for eight years
• Provided oversight on-site for daily scheduling and other site requirements, including production tracking
